Meredith is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who specializes in acceptance and letting go of self-imposed suffering as means to create a meaningful life.  Meredith’s mindfulness-based approach uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to empower clients to embrace normal human discomfort rather than waste time and energy on trying to avoid painful thoughts and emotions that occur naturally.  Meredith is currently accepting new adult and young adult patients to work with individually.
