Insurance Providers and Rates

Center is a Blue Cross Blue Shield Preferred Provider. Insurance typically covers individual and group therapy with a small copay and/or coinsurance.

We accept all BCBS PPO plans.

Center therapists** may also accept:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Humana

• Magellan

• Optum/United Behavioral Health

**Check with the provider you are interested in working with for the policies they accept.

Please inquire with your individual therapist if sliding scale rates are available per your income 

Navigating Insurance and Payment

Insurance can be confusing, and we want to help you navigate the process the best we can.

When scheduling as a new client, please contact billing@chicagocbm.com with your insurance information- Subscriber Name, Date of Birth, Subscriber ID number.

We can help look up your benefits, and work to find an estimate of costs for your sessions.

Calling us might be easier too, we value conversation and sometimes the phone can be an easier, more secure and faster way to communicate this information!
