Supervision is a vital part of a therapists growth, individual work with clients, and mental and emotional health. We offer individual supervision for those seeking licensure, as well as fully licensed therapists seeking a supervisory relationship to enhance their clinical practice and self care routine.

Aspiring Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Licensed Social Workers (LSW)

Aspiring Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

Aspiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)

You’re thoughts and feeling express a belief. Can you take a moment to recognize the belief? Is it about yourself-I’m undeserving, I’m always falling short? Or is it from someone else in your life-you’re weird? You can’t trust people? After you identify the belief can you ask yourself questions like is this really true? Can I be certain it’s true? Think about what it’s like to love with this belief? Can you see it’s impact on your life? Your relationships? Self-growth? Tap into your most wisest, loving self and ask what do I need most? What message or energy might bring healing to myself? Offer that to yourself and to the place of vulnerability you are experiencing.
