Many of our therapists incorporate mindfulness and release of emotional tension in their way of working with clients.
If you’re interested in going deeper into mindfulness or releasing physical tension, we have an adjoining yoga studio (Room to Breathe) where you can practice mindful movement, meditation, and guided relaxation in a safe, welcoming environment.
